Project Management Office

Project manager provides coordination, administration and document control support to project teams in achieving project goals. This includes, but is not limited to:

- ensuring dissemination of the calls for proposal, providing continuous update,
- searching for funding schemes,
- searching for existing projects/potential partners in the preferred area of interest,
- building databases to provide information on submitted and implemented projects,
- keeping documentation to manage and record key project information,
- archiving filed project applications,
- preparing statistical outputs for official statistics authorities,
- providing administrative and management support during the key stages of the project performance,
- providing administrative and management support for the project application,
- assisting in completing the application form,
- ensuring mandatory attachements to the project proposal are included,
- communicating with the funder or project partners,
- electronic submission of the applications for funding and submission of paper copies,
- applying for the project change,
- presenting a draft agreement to the legal department to make drafting suggestions,
- providing administrative and management support for the project implementation,
- monitoring budget expenditures,
- preparing financial statements,
- preparing financial documents for the financial manager for processing of payment requests,
- observing compliance with programme documents and all relevant rules and regulations,
- monitoring project performance and preparing monitoring reports.
