The diagnostics of reaction of organism on training and competition loading in combative sports

Project information

Annotation of achieved result: Research we found that inhalation hyperoxic mixture no statistically significant effect on the level of lactate after the end of the load. However, inhalation of hyperoxic mixture affect the statistical significance (p <0.05) dynamics of lactate clearance in the 3rd and 10th minutes of recovery, based on which we consider inhalation hyperoxic mixture of a suitable method to speed recovery after a match in karate and judo. The wrestlers had significantly higher levels of blood lactate at 1, 4, and 8 minutes recovery as džudoists. This is understandable, because the wrestlers wrestled 2x3 minutes of actual time and džudoists five minutes playing time. Duration and also influenced by the nature of the load values of lactate in the blood. We found significantly higher levels of blood lactate at 1, 4, and 8 minutes of recovery after the second match at the training Greco-Roman wrestlers in comparison with the first match. We expect that 10 minutes break was too short in order to return to the first match.
