About the Journal
New Philological Review (ISSN 1338-0583) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by the Faculty of Arts, Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica. It is published twice a year, in June and December, and focuses on current topics in linguistics, literary studies, translation studies, and cultural studies.
It covers the following sections:

Indexing and Availability
The journal is registered with the Index COPERNICUS international database and is freely accessible through the SciTech navigátor section at the Central Information Portal for Research, Development and Innovation, operated by the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic.
Guidelines for Contributors
The journal accepts only original, previously unpublished work. All studies undergo peer review.
Before submitting your paper, please ensure it complies with the NPR formatting guidelines available on the journal webpage. Papers that do not meet the formatting requirements will be returned to the author for revision.
