NEW PHILOLOGICAL REVUE
About the journal
The NOVÁ FILOLOGICKÁ REVUE (ISSN 1338-0583) scholarly journal is published twice a year (June and December). It addresses the current issues discussed in contemporary linguistics, literary science, translation and cultural studies. It covers the following sections: Studies (articles had been accepted until the issue No. 1/2014), Reviews, News and Information. The journal is registered with the Index COPERNICUS international database and listed among freely accessible periodicals in the SciTech navigátor section at the Central Information Portal for Research, Development and Innovation operated by the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic.
All scholarly studies are reviewed.
The journal does not accept papers, which have already been published elsewhere.
Publishing intervals
Two journal issues are published every year, in June and December.
Deadline for contributors
The contributions for the June issue are accepted until 20 March.
The contributions for the December issue are accepted until 20 September.
Dear authors, before submitting your paper to the NPR journal, please format it accordingly. Instructions for the authors can be found on the journal webpage. If you do not format your paper according to the instructions, the editorial board is forced to reject it until the formatting issue is resolved by the author.
Note: The Board of Editors reserves the right to move contributions to the following issue if necessary due to the number of contributions submitted.
